How long does it take to create an account on BontiqueOne?
Account creation usually takes two to four hours. During the account creation process, the corporate client data is validated. This enables smooth integration into the client’s business processes, including invoice processing, and serves to protect client company data from misuse.
Can I decide which partners are included for my Bontique-Check recipient?
The wide range of our partners you can find here.
- Already registered users can determine the available selection according to the interests and events of their check recipients.
- Non-registered users do not have the possibility to individually adjust the selection to the interests of the check recipients.
What payment methods are accepted?
- Registered users have the possibility to pay their amounts comfortably by invoice.
- Non-registered users can pay by credit card or Twint.
How many Bontique-Checks can I order at most?
Non-registered users have the option to order up to 50 Checks, with a maximum value of CHF 500 per check. If you wish to order a larger number of Checks, we invite you to register on our website.
How do I receive the Bontique-Checks?
- Registered users have the option to download the ordered Checks in their order overview. High-quality Checks are sent by mail.
- Non-registered users can download the Checks directly via a download link on the confirmation page, after a successful payment. Simultaneously, a confirmation email with a download link is sent.

When is the Bontique-Check redeemable?
- Registered users have the option to determine when the Bontique-Check can be redeemed. The Bontique-Check can be activated upon delivery to the recipients, ensuring secure usage.
- For non-registered users, Bontique-Checks are activated immediately after a successful order, allowing recipients to redeem them right away. Please note that Bontique is not responsible for lost Checks.
How long are the Bontique-Checks valid?
The Boutique Check is valid for 24 months from activation. After this validity period, recipients have six months to extend the Boutique Check for an additional six months. The exact expiration date can be found, after entering the code, in the main navigation at the top right under ‘Your Balance’.
