1. How can I redeem my Bontique-Check?

Scan the QR-code of your Bontique-Check or enter your 13-digit / 14-digit code of your Bontique-Check to get to our offering page. In the main navigation you will find your past bookings as well as the expiry date of your Bontique-Check.

2. Where and how do I have to redeem my Bontique-Check in order to receive the benefit ?

There are four redemption options:

Digital gift card: Before you can make a purchase in the selected shop or online shop, you must convert the desired amount. After successful conversion you will receive the gift card within max. 2 working days directly from the partner by e-mail.

Physical gift card: Before you can make a purchase in the selected shop or online shop, you must convert the desired amount. After successful conversion you will receive the gift card within max. 4 working days directly from the partner by post.

Onlinecode: Before you can buy in the selected online shop, you have to convert the desired amount. After successful conversion, the online code will be displayed directly and released for copying. You can then redeem it in the partner's online shop.

Local offer: The partner validates the desired amount directly on site or via phone / e-mail.


Please note that a converted code or gift card received from our partners cannot be exchanged or replaced by Bontique in the event of a default (bankruptcy, dissolution of the online shop, etc.).

3. What if I need additional information about an acceptance point?

On our offering page the most important information is listed for each offer. If you still have open questions, please contact the acceptance point before converting your Bontique-Check.

4. Can I redeem my Bontique-Check for several offers? And what happens if there is a remaining amount after my redemption?

The value of your Bontique-Check can be used for several offers. So you don't have to decide, you can! Any residual amount will remain on your Bontique-Check so that you can benefit from it later.

5. After the conversion, where can I find the online code for the selected online shop?

After the conversion, the online code is displayed directly in order for you to copy it. You can also find the online code in the main navigation on the offering page, click on My conversions in the top right-hand corner.

6. The code of my Bontique-Check seems to be invalid or cannot be found. What can I do?

If you receive an error message, it might be a typo. Check the code and enter it again or try to scan the QR Code to get to the offer page.

If you receive the message that your Bontique-Check is not activated, please contact us by e-mail or phone, we will be happy to help you.

7. when is my Bontique-Check redeemable?

The Bontique-Check can be redeemed immediately upon receipt. If you receive the message that your Bontique-Check is not activated, please contact us by e-mail or telephone and we will be happy to help you. In the case of a reservation, please note possible lead times at certain points of acceptance.

8. How long is my Bontique-Check valid for?

Your Bontique-Check is valid for 24 months. After this validity expires, you have six months to extend the Bontique-Check for another six months. You will find the exact expiration date after entering your code in the main navigation bar at the top right under "Your check balance".

9. What if I lost my bontique check?

Please inform your personnel department / your superior about the loss of your Bontique-Check. If the code of the Bontique-Check is known, it will be blocked and replaced with a new Bontique-Check at the request of your HR department / your manager.

10. Are Bontique-Checks transferable ?

Yes, Bontique-Checks can be transferred to other people.

11 I would like to return my Bontique-Check or exchange it for another Bontique-Check. Is this possible?

No, return and exchange of Bontique-Checks are excluded.
