1. How do I redeem my Bontique-check?

Enter your personal 14 digits Bontique-check code at www.bontique.ch/check-check or scan the QR code (indicated on your Bontique-check) with a QR scanner. You will reach an overview page where you find all relevant information such as offers, services, term, current credit a.o. The date of your desire is to be arranged directly with the corresponding provider. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact us via info@bontique.ch or phone under +41 44 271 55 56 (Mo – Fr 9 - 12 and 14 - 17 o'clock).

2. Where and how do I have to submit the Bontique-check (code) in order to redeem the voucher?

The Bontique-check is to be submitted directly at the point of acceptance as a payment for the service. Exceptions are online shops for which you will receive a code of the corresponding shop prior to redeeming the Bontique-check.

3. What if I need additional information from the point of acceptance?

Please refer to the point of acceptance for any open question you may have prior to redeeming the Bontique-check.

4. Can I personally or in a group redeem several Bontique-checks at once?

Basically it is possible. Please check if there are any restrictions from the point of acceptance prior to redeeming the voucher. You will find them in the terms and conditions of the offer.

5. What happens if I have a remaining credit after I redeemed the voucher?

The unused credit remains on your Bontique-check and you can use it for further offers respectively use it as a partial payment. Please check if there are any restrictions of the point of acceptance before you redeem the Bontique Check. This information can be found in the offer details.

6. Where can I find my exchanged codes of the selected online shops?

You can find the codes on the offer overview under "Past bookings".

7. My Bontique-check code cannot be found or is invalid. What can I do?

Please check if no typing error occurred. In particular when keying in the letter “O” or the number “0” as well as capital letters the code might have been typed incorrectly. If you receive an error message please send it by e-mail to info@bontique.ch. We are glad to help!

8. From when can I redeem my Bontique-check?

The Bontique Check is valid immediately when you receive it. Please consider a possible preterm at the point of acceptance for reservations.

9. How long is my Bontique-check valid for?

Your Bontique-check is valid for two years. Once this period has expired you have six months to extend the Bontique-check for another six months. The validation period can be found at www.bontique.ch after entering your personal code.

10. What if I have lost my Bontique-check?

Please inform your HR department if you have lost your Bontique-check. In that case the personal 14 digits code will be blocked. The Bontique-check can only be blocked or replaced when the old code is known. Upon request of your HR, Bontique will issue a new Bontique Check with a new 14 digits code.

11. Is the Bontique-check transferable?

The experience and value Bontique-checks can be transferred to other persons.

12. I want to return or exchange my original Bontique-checks for another Bontique-check. Is this possible?

No, return and exchange of the Bontique-checks are excluded.
