The birthdays are stored once as a list. After that a Check is created automatically for each person on the right date and goes to their address – without anyone having to trigger the dispatch.

Every Check carries the name of the person receiving it, a greeting message and the company’s design, and appears in their language. What is automatic about it is the timing – not the content.
The process is the same, regardless of where someone works. The language follows the detail stored for the person, so that teams in all language regions receive the same gesture.
They redeem it wherever they wish: at more than 1’000 brands, shops and experiences. The amount can also be split, so several small wishes are possible.
