What began in 2001 in Winterthur as a physiotherapy practice is today one of the leading providers in Swiss outpatient healthcare. Around 4’000 professionals work together interprofessionally – from prevention through acute medicine to rehabilitation.
Medbase also trains young people in four occupations and relies on a wide range of appreciation measures. Bontique complements this: the Check for completing an apprenticeship takes little effort to implement and leaves the young professionals the choice.
FAQ
A value voucher that the company designs and the recipient redeems themselves. Amount, occasion, greeting message and company look are set by the company; what the value ultimately stands for is decided by the person who receives it.
Via the Bontique website, with the code on the Check. Neither an app nor a user account is needed.
More than 1’000 brands, shops and experiences are available. The amount can be split, so several wishes are possible, and a remaining balance is kept for later.
Since 2026 a total value of up to CHF 600.– per person and calendar year remains free of taxes and social contributions, provided the statutory conditions are met. If the threshold is exceeded, the entire relevant amount must be accounted for. Binding information is provided by your payroll department or fiduciary.
For any occasion where appreciation is due: work anniversary, birth, wedding, end of apprenticeship, leaving the company, retirement, a spontaneous thank you or a bonus. The same process works for each of these occasions.
